Cooperators are private landowners within the District
boundaries who sign a conservation agreement with the
District and agree to manage their natural resources
utilizing wise conservation practices.

Conservation
Agreement is a non-binding agreement between the
District and a cooperator (private landowner) where;
The FSWCD agrees to: Assist the cooperator
in carrying out a conservation plan by providing:

Information
·
Available equipment
·
Technical assistance and
supervision
The Cooperator agrees to: Develop and follow
a feasible conservation plan for his/her land:
·
Manage his/her land in keeping
with its needs and capabilities.
·
Utilize information, technical
assistance and equipment provided by the district
for the purpose and manner for which
it was intended.
·
Follow the agreed to
conservation plan to the best of his/her ability.
